<p>The sub menu for each student will display the following links:&nbsp;<br>1. Track Lesson Viewing&nbsp;<br>2. Open Student Record&nbsp;<br>3. Open in GradeBook – Opens the student in this class’s gradebook&nbsp;<br>4. E-Mail Student&nbsp;<br>5. Display Enrollment - Opens a pop-up with enrolled classes/courses, includes&nbsp;<br>button to open each class/course&nbsp;<br>6. Assign to Groups - Displays the full group list, allows the instructor to add the&nbsp;<br>student to additional group&nbsp;<br>7. Log-In As&nbsp;<br>8. Reset Password&nbsp;<br>If multiple students are selected via checkbox, the “Apply action to selected students”&nbsp;<br>button will become active. &nbsp;The following options will be displayed:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Enroll in a Class or Course&nbsp;<br>2. Assign to a New Group&nbsp;<br>3. Assign to an Existing group&nbsp;<br>4. E-mail Selected Students&nbsp;<br>5. Disable Accounts&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The “Lessons” section displays all visible lessons included in the class.&nbsp;<br>Lessons will only appear if the instructor has assigned them and the lessons are either:&nbsp;<br>• Set to “Visible”&nbsp;<br>• Scheduled and currently visible&nbsp;<br>Each visible lesson displays:&nbsp;<br>• Lesson thumbnail&nbsp;<br>• Lesson Title&nbsp;<br>• Lesson short description (only if option to “Show Lesson Descriptions” is&nbsp;<br>selected)&nbsp;<br>• The date the lesson closes&nbsp;<br>o If the lesson is set to “Visible” then the closing date is the same as the&nbsp;<br>ending date of the class – “Available Until &lt;Date&gt;”&nbsp;<br>o If the instructor scheduled the lesson to close before the class ending&nbsp;<br>date, then the closing date is listed&nbsp;<br>o If the lesson has been assigned a due date, then the due date is listed in&nbsp;<br>red&nbsp;<br>• Bar graph displaying how much of each lesson video the student has watched&nbsp;<br>using the bar graph. This matches the same display as the instructor’s view.&nbsp;<br>Note that we are not showing the organizations. All lessons are grouped by category,&nbsp;<br>regardless of the source.&nbsp;</p>
